Reference Number 0000309498 Question Acceptance Deadline 2026/01/22 05:00:00 PM EST Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com The Proposal includes: Removal of existing contact tanks and supply and installation of 60m, 450mm diameter watermain contact piping. Supply and installation of a new diesel generator, connection, and housekeeping pad. Removal and replacement of UV disinfection unit and control panel. Structural modifications to existing building including an interior block wall for the proposed chemical room. Supply and installation of new water quality monitoring equipment, chemical feed pumps, and chemical tanks/containment. Electrical and SCADA upgrades within the pumphouse. Site works, fencing and grading improvements. Each Proposal submission must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond to be retained by the Consulting Engineer for an amount of at least 10 percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to the Town of Shelburne. This contract is subject to the approval of the Owner. The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
