The City of Stilwell is accepting sealed bids for mowing and grounds maintenance for City Property as follows: - Stilwell City Hall - Stilwell Public Library Fletcher Park - Stilwell Community Building - KCS Depot DB Gains Park (basketball & former tennis courts west to fence line north to high school football field off of 5th Street) - Fire Station #1 - Fire Station #2- Dog Pound - Police Station - Mehegan Building The contract shall include mow-ing, weed trimming, parking lot cleaning, spraying for weeds, weeding & mulching landscaped beds and sign areas. The con-tractor shall maintain each prop-erty weekly. Off season mainte-nance when no mowing is re quired will be trimming of any trees or shrubs needed, leaf mulching or raking and clearing of walkways during ice or snow events. Bid must include assurances that adequate equipment and personnel are/will be available to fulfill the contract. Please bid an annual amount. The city council will entertain awarding a bid that would be paid in 12 equal installments. The City of Stilwell reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
