The City of Stilwell is accepting sealed bids for care and maintenance of the Stilwell Edna M. Carson Park. The work includes: weekly upkeep from April 1st to September 30th, one visit in October for leaf mulching/removal, one visit in November for leaf mulching/removal, and no one onsite after November leaf removal until the following April. Maintenance of the landscape at the entrance is required, including weeding and installation of annual color in the bed along with fresh mulch annually. The contractor will not be responsible for watering the entrance landscape bed (a non-irrigated area) if needed in warmer months. All mow areas must be mowed, trimmed, edged, and blown off as needed. The bid must include assurances that adequate equipment and personnel are or will be available to fulfill the contract. Bidders are to submit an annual amount, with the potential for payment in 12 equal installments. The City of Stilwell reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
