Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Parkville, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
PCRSD is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services for planning, design, bidding support, construction administration, and start-up of a new regional wastewater treatment facility that can also accommodate a lab, office space, break room, showers, bathrooms, equipment storage, etc. for a minimum of 8 people. The project will combine two existing treatment plants, the City of Parkville WWTF and the PCRSD Brush Creek WWTF, into one joint facility owned and operated by the PCRSD. The average daily flow of the new plant is projected to be between 3 and 4 MGD, to be refined during the preliminary design phase. PCRSD prefers completion via a traditional design-bid-build delivery method, but is willing to consider design-build.
