Terry Bradley Increment 7 "Concrete, Rebar, Steel, Elevator, HVAC" The last day to submit MEP, FP prequalification is on 12/19/25 The project is a Lease Lease Back Scope of work includes: Building Q (High School Classroom 48,105 SF) Building R (High School Classroom 53,355 SF) Building U (Event Center 99,100 SF) Associated Site Work Question Deadline 12/22/2025 at 2:00 PM PT RFI's go to Anthony Aguilar, Estimator, AAguilar@harrisconstruction.com. Last day to submit RFI's. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Please check this site on a regular basis to see if any changes have been made. NOTE: Performance and Payment bonds will be required if bid amount is greater than $250,000 and for all subcontractors. The bond must be from a company rated "A VII" or above by AM Best. This project is subject to skilled trades compliance This project is using state bond funds and is therefore subject to labor compliance monitoring and investigative activities by the Compliance Monitoring Unit (CMU) of the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California (DIR), in conformance with Labor Code Sections 1771.55 and 1771.75, and subchapter 4.5 (Commencing with section 16450) of title 8 of the California Code of Regulations. In bidding on this project, it shall be the Bidder's sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid. Project has a 60 day bid hold. There will be a bid form provided that will need to be filled out completely for your bid to be in compliance. Subcontractors are required to provide a bid bond.
