Renovation of a municipal facility in San Bernardino, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project involves the replacement of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment that has reached or exceeded its useful service life in accordance with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards. Please review the SOW and all exhibits. Pricing must be submitted online using the Cost File, located under the Documents tab & Attachments. Pricing shall be inclusive of all direct and indirect costs, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment supplies, etc..
