The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works - Special Districts (Department) is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide professional land surveying services in support of capital improvement and maintenance projects throughout the County and its Board governed Special Districts. Each year, the Department undertakes various public infrastructure projects including, but not limited to, roadway improvements, bridge replacements, park development, drainage enhancements, and utility upgrades. San Bernardino County encompasses over 20,000 square miles and includes urban centers, mountainous terrain, deserts, and remote rural areas. The Countys size and geographic diversity require responsive, flexible, and technologically capable surveying services. The Department seeks to establish a list of approved on-call Consultants to provide licensed professional land surveying services on an as-needed basis for a wide range of projects. The number of Consultants selected will depend on the qualifications of Proposers and the needs of the Department.
