The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a wide variety of on call mechanical services for the Department of Utilities treatment plants, distribution and collection system including but not limited to the Water Pollution Control Facility and the Water Treatment Plant. QUESTION DEADLINE: Monday, December 22, 2025; 3:00PM (ET) Questions concerning this RFP must be made in writing to the Procurement Contact The term of this Contract shall commence on a date that is mutually agreed upon both parties and shall continue in force for one (1) year. Upon mutual agreement of both parties, this Contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year terms.
