The County of Loudoun, Virginia ("County"), is soliciting bids from Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) approved stream and wetland mitigation banks for the purchase of 370 stream credits using the Unified Stream Methodology (USM) or 1,726 Stream Condition Units (SCUs) and 0.20 wetland credits. The impacts are located within the Middle Potomac-Catoctin watershed, Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 02070008, and are associated with the Loudoun County's Route 15 Widening Project between Battlefield Parkway and Montresor Road ("Project"). The credits will provide compensatory mitigation for the proposed impacts of the Project construction.
