New construction of a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 2,064,754-square-foot, 45-story above grade, 2,434-unit multi-residential development; and 23,338-square-foot retail development.
Construction of 7 mixed-use residential towers in 3 development Blocks (A, B and C), ranging from 25 and 45 storeys, inclusive of 6-storey podiums with a total of 2,434 residential units. Project also includes indoor/outdoor amenity spaces. The development will be located on the southwest corner of Bromsgrove and Southdown roads, directly to the north of Clarkson GO station on the Lakeshore West line. Block A - Towers A1, A2 and A3; 25, 30 and 40 storeys; 930 units combined; L shaped - all linked by podiums. Block B - Tower B; 45 storeys; 430 units. Block C - Towers C1, C2 and C3; 35, 40 and 45 storeys; 1,074 units combined; T-shaped + retail at grade - all linked by podiums. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning and designs are underway. Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning Applications have yet to be submitted to the city for review and approval. Developer expects to issue a Market Offering for a development partner sometime in 2028. There are currently no construction timelines. Further update early 2027.
