Renovation of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and bridge / tunnel.
The work includes but is not limited to localized expansion joint and waterproofing system repairs, localized concrete repairs, and platform vestibule roof waterproofing repairs at the Bronte GO station, as well as localized waterproofing system repairs and localized concrete repairs at the Port Credit GO station. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the closing, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
