The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and transportation required to inspect and maintain the Fire Department Burn House and other firefighting training props at Schriever Space Force Base. The purpose of this work is to ensure that the Burn House and associated training props are properly inspected, maintained, and updated in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 1403 for Live Fire Training Evolutions, manufacturers' specifications, and all other applicable standards.
