Renovation of a laboratory facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Bidders should thoroughly review the contract documents before the pre-bid conference. Bids equal to or greater than $150,000 must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract for contracts equal to or greater than $150,000. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities. Bidder agrees to commence work after receipt of the Contract for Construction, on the specified date of commencement, and to substantially complete the project by June 30th , 2026. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall request, in writing, clarification from the Architect/Engineer at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of bids.
