Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Martinez, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The County is inviting Proposals from Bidders for the design and construction of the Juvenile Hall Camera System Upgrade Project. Bidders must submit with their Proposal a certified check or cashier's check from a responsible bank in the United States, or a corporate surety bond furnished by a surety authorized to do surety business in the State of California, having an A.M. Best Company financial rating of A-7 or better, of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Contract Sum amount, payable to "County of Contra Costa". If the Contract is to be awarded, the County will award the Contract to the qualifying Bidder whose Proposal is determined to provide the Best Value to the County for the fixed project price of approximately Three Million Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Nine Dollars ($3,495,169) (the "Contract Sum") Question Deadline 03/20/2026 at 2:00 PM PT.
