Question Deadline 01/07/2026 Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications. Questions shall be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid opening date. A. The work included under these Specifications and the accompanying drawings consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein, including all labor, materials, services, equipment and incidentals for the Academic Wellness Center Renovations for Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee. B. The facility will be partially open for staff and student use outside of the areas of construction. The Contractor will be given access to the areas of construction for the duration of the project. C. TTU will remove all furniture and equipment from areas of work prior to the Contractor beginning work. D. All utility outages that affect the campus must be coordinated with the campus a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled outage. E. Bidders must examine the provided documents at the Designer's office or designated Plan Rooms. Bidding documents are available in PDF format at no cost, with hard copies available for purchase. Bidders must be licensed and qualified according to state law and provide a five percent Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's/certified check payable to the State of Tennessee.
