Renovation of a parking garage in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade parking garage.
**As of January 21st, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. Award date might be this evening.** Restoration of four precast parking garages, including concrete repairs, waterproofing repairs or replacement, fencing repairs, and other work as indicated. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with a hard copy and a scanned soft copy in PDF format saved to a USB flash drive. Bidders may be required to submit an electronic Excel version of the Bid Tabulation Form if requested. A corporation submitting a bid must include a resolution authorizing the officers to submit the bid and execute a contract, along with a list of stockholders holding more than ten percent of corporate stock. Compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, New Jersey State Labor Law Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and state equal employment opportunity requirements is mandatory. The contractor must provide a State Division of Revenue issued Business Registration Certificate with the bid and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
