Furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation Program Year 1 (2025-2026). The project consists of cleaning, videoing, and lining sanitary sewers using the Cured-In-Place Pipe method and manhole rehabilitation. Approximately 5,900 linear feet of 8-inch, 10-inch, 24-inch, and 36-inch sewer lines need to be lined using the Cured-In-Place Pipe method, about 100 vertical feet of manhole require Level C rehabilitation, and one manhole is to be removed and replaced with a new precast concrete manhole. Work will be awarded in one contract. Each bid must include a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid. Bidders must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements and demonstrate good faith efforts to meet goals for participation by Minority Owned Firms (minimum ten percent of the bid amount) and Women Owned Firms (minimum five percent). Local businesses and contractors are encouraged to participate. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids, waive informalities, and readvertise.
