Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Irmo, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The Town of Irmo is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to assist with the construction of a new basketball court at Rawl's Creek Park. This includes site preparation and the erection of the basketball court. Qualified contractors are invited to submit quotes as described. Proposals may be delivered in person, mailed, or emailed, and must be received by the deadline. Quotes should be clearly marked as specified. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, and select the quote deemed in its best interest. Costs incurred in response preparation or presentation will not be reimbursed. Late proposals are not accepted and the Town is not responsible for submission errors by the proposer. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
