Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Edgartown, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade day care center; and one-story above grade residential development.

Proposals are requested for grant administration services for the CDBG FY25 CDBG Program, which includes housing rehabilitation and childcare subsidies in the towns of Edgartown, West Tisbury, and Aquinnah. Interested qualified firms must submit proposals. Minimum qualifications required are five years of successful experience in grant administration, including projects of similar scale and scope, and evidence of suitable insurance coverage for such services. Selection criteria are included in the detailed Request for Proposals. Respondents must comply with all applicable civil rights and employment opportunity laws. The town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal that best meets the criteria set by the town.
