Renovation of an industrial development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
The City of Saskatoon is seeking construction services to upgrade the steam supply system and obtain a guarded plant license for the existing Remai steam boiler plant, in compliance with Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK) regulatory standards. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing steam boilers, supply and installation of new steam boilers, and completing construction activities required to meet additional safety and reliability requirements. This project aims to enhance operational performance, improve safety, and ensure regulatory compliance for the steam plant. All respondents must register on the City's electronic bidding system at saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca. Registration enables access to solicitation documents, the ability to ask questions, receipt of addenda and notifications, and submission of bids through the system.
