The owner is seeking a qualified contractor with current relevant experience in public school work that involves HVAC replacement at five sites. The following schools are included in the project: Alberta Rider Elementary, Charles F. Tigard Elementary, Metzger Elementary, Tualatin Elementary, and Tigard High School. A detailed scope of work and requirements will be set forth in the project specifications documents and drawings along with the proposal form. Contractor firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company or team qualifications, history/safety, firm experience, staffing qualifications, and any other evaluation criteria identified in this procurement, along with their proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any statement of qualifications and proposal not in compliance with all prescribed requirements.
