Fargo Housing & Redevelopment Authority and BlueLine Development are requesting proposals from general contractors for the construction of an affordable housing community at 1711-1729 25th Ave South, Fargo, ND 58103. The project includes three stories of apartments and 160 surface parking spaces. Sustainable self-certification through Enterprise Green Communities will be pursued. The apartment complex will comprise 32 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units, and 13 three-bedroom units, totaling 65 units intended for low-income families. All units will be supported by project-based vouchers and are targeted at families at or below 50% of the Area Median Income. Requests for Clarification may be issued through January 12, 2026.
