Site work for a municipal facility in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Selmer Utility Division is accepting bids for Fence Replacement/Repair and Barbed Wire Installation/ Repair at various sites identified in the bid package. Please note, as required in the bid package, each bidder must visit the work site prior to the submission of a bid Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the following work. All bid pricing must include removal and proper disposal of old fencing materials: o SUD Warehouse: Replace approximately 380 feet of 6-foot-tall galvanized chain-link fence. o SUD Shop: Replace approximately 280 feet of 6-foot-tall galvanized chain-link fence. o SUD Gravel Pit: Replace approximately 310 feet of 6-foot-tall galvanized chain-link fence. o Gates: Replace a total of four (4) 10-foot gates. Barbed Wire: Replace or tighten approximately 950 feet of barbed wire (three-strand) as directed by SUD staff. o Structural post should be in concrete. o Install new galvanized chain-link fence and gates to match existing specifications and height (6 feet). o Clean up and restore all disturbed areas upon completion.
