Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this bid is to perform: Part I: Widen the existing 2-lanes asphalt road section with roadside ditches to a 5-lanes reinforced concrete road section with a storm sewer system and reconstruct Wichita street, from the IH 20 to Roy C. Brooks Boulevard. Part IA: Water and Sanitary Sewer relocation and adjustment of facilities on Wichita Street. Water line extension from E. Altamesa Boulevard to 400 feet south of Tiffany Meadows Lane, to eliminate everman deduct meter. This Project is for Tarrant County Engineering Services Department.
