The basic services involved are: performing research, field investigation, locating original corner evidence and setting and witnessing of work program corners; assembling all information for the County Representative with copies for Peer Group review approval and attending Peer Review Group meetings; placing state plane coordinates on each monumented corner as per the County Plan and State law, including providing coordinates in an approved electronic format; installing appropriate corner monuments and caps as determined by the County Representative; filing Land Corner Recordation Certificates as required by law; providing a plat map on durable white paper of size 36"x 42" by Township and Range, including corners monumented with bearings and distance, GPS and Traverse control stations plotted, and a CAD dwg file of the same; providing a book with printed coordinate results for all corners monumented or surveyed, with survey control points used, a state plane certification sheet, and a longitude/latitude certification sheet for all corners in a report book, and creating lists separating corners and control points; providing all insurance policies covering survey work and vehicles; providing sufficient notice to the County Representative prior to commencing any field work; and listing all software, computers, and printers available to complete the contract. Responses must include: a signed Certification Form, a firm profile with relevant experience, schedule for start and completion, methodology and management approach, a list of similar projects performed, equipment resources, and current standard fee schedule(s). Qualified Based Selection will be used to select firms, and the County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Submit three copies of the sealed proposal to the County Representative.
