The City seeks a qualified firm to provide landscaping and engineering design services for the redesign of the Strawberry Lot. The lot is located on the east side of State Street between Market and Elm Streets and includes about 56 parking spaces with two curb cuts on State Street and two additional curb cuts connecting to the alley. Favorable pricing will be considered, but the firm's experience, staff qualifications, proposed scope of services, and timeliness will be key factors in the selection process. The City Commission will make the final award. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal, waive irregularities, and take any action deemed in its best interest. Scope of Work & Bid Specifications: It is the City's desire to select a highly qualified firm that will provide the best available landscaping and engineering design services for the redesign of the Strawberry Lot (see appendix 1).
