The project consists of Phase I Renovations at the Lighthouse Education Center located at 379 W Glenlord Rd, Saint Joseph, Michigan. Offers for construction are to be submitted under seal as described in the construction documents. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check of no less than 5 percent of the Base Bid Amount. Offers must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and may be supplemented as appropriate. Offers are required to be irrevocable for 60 days after submission.
