Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Removal and replacement of City Hall Air Handlers. Primary Bid: Remove and dispose of one (1) existing Trane sectional air handler in the mechanical suite/3rd Floor of City Hall. Install a Trane or similar replacement air handler with R-410A DX cooling coil, hydronic heating coil and variable frequency drives (VFD's). New air handler must be compatible with existing Roof Top Units. Bid Alternate: Remove and dispose of two (2) existing Trane sectional air handlers in the mechanical suite of City Hall. Install two (2) Trane or similar replacement air handlers with R410A DX cooling coil, hydronic heating coil and variable frequency drives (VFD's). New air handlers must be compatible with existing Roof Top Units. The successful bidder will follow industry best practice standards and all state and local laws, rules and regulations, including applicable codes, OSHA safety requirements, and EPA regulations on this project. Along with the manufacturer's warranties, the successful bidder will provide at least a one-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion.
