Midland ISD invites qualified firms and individuals to submit sealed proposals for the purchase of district-owned modular homes (units only: land not included) . The units available for sale include Units 411-418, 511-518, 611, 613, 615, and 617, totaling twenty (20) modular homes. Proposals may be submitted for: o All twenty (20) units as a single purchase o Any combination of multiple units o Individual units All modular homes are identical in year, make, and model: 2014 Legacy Housing LTD, Single-Wide 16' x 60'. All units are vacant and are offered as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The District: o Will not move, transport, or prepare units for relocation. o Transfers ownership of the units only. o Does not transfer any interest in the land. The land is under a ground lease held by MISD and is not included in this sale. Buyers are responsible for all removal, transportation, preparation, permits, and associated costs related to moving the units. Units must be removed from the site within forty-five (45) calendar days of the award date. Failure to meet this deadline may result in termination of the contract.
