Renovation of an educational facility in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade educational facility.
Scopes of work to be bid at this time are limited to: Providing new 2-story elevator system. New elevator shaft and pit are issued via separate bid package, this scope is for equipment purchase/installation only. Instruction to Bidders and Construction Documents can be acquired by contacting Coltzer Company through Lidija Bikova at LBikova@WHColtzer.com on or before January 20th, 2026. Questions about the project, request for proposals, and submissions should be addressed via email to Coltzer Co., attention Lidija Bikova, Project Executive at LBikova@WHColtzer.com. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all proposals. Project will be delivered via the Construction Manager as an Advisor (CMa) method whereas Coltzer Co. is the CMa. Contracts for these scopes of work will be between the successful trade contractors and GISD.
