Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Galveston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Perform maintenance dredging to address shoaling within tributary channels of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW), Texas, from High Island to Causeway and Channel to Port Bolivar. All dredged material will be placed within nearby designated placement areas along the GIWW. The requirement includes one total base schedule (Schedule No. 1) and three optional schedules, which may be exercised. Work will be executed under a competitive, firm-fixed-price, stand-alone contract using the FAR 14 sealed bidding process. In accordance with FAR 36/DFARs 236, the estimated construction price range for this project is: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
