Westwood Community School District is accepting proposals for district-wide Auditorium Upgrades & Renovations in Dearborn Heights, MI. All bids must include the completed bid form, familial disclosure, criminal affidavit, and Iran disclosure statement forms, all signed. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond or certified check for 5% of the cost of work. Payment and Performance bonds are not required for subcontractors, as Braun Construction Group is providing P&P bonding. Any bid not inclusive of all required documents as stated in the Request for Proposal will be subject to disqualification. Responses received after the specified deadline will be disqualified.
