Westwood Community School District is seeking bids for partial roof replacement at Robichaud High School and Thorne Elementary School in Dearborn Heights, MI. The project involves removing the existing roof down to the deck and installing a new HPR, Modified Roof System, adhering to specified minimum performance criteria detailed in the bid documents.
