Westwood Community School District is accepting proposals for the district-wide Exterior Door Replacement project in Dearborn Heights, MI. Bids must include the provided bid form, familial disclosure, criminal affidavit, and Iran disclosure statement forms, all completed and signed. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond or certified check for 5% of the cost of the work. Payment and Performance bonds are not required for subcontractors as Braun Construction Group is providing P&P bonding. Any bid not inclusive of all required documents per the RFP may be disqualified. Responses received after the specified deadline will be disqualified.
