Will Rogers Stampede Arena VIP Mezzanine. Bidders are notified that this project is governed by the requirements of the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. A cashier's check, a certified check or a surety bond for five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. All paperwork in the bids submitted shall be complete. Any incomplete paperwork may be considered an unresponsive bid. Bidders agree to commence work within ten calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed, and to complete the same within 110 calendar days. Contractor must have extensive experience with concrete and steel structure construction. This project will be bid as a lump-sum contract inclusive of all work required to provide and construct a turn key mezzanine structure as shown in the plans. All demolition work, site work, construction and cleanup shall be included and considered incidental if not specifically listed in the construction documents. The contractor shall be responsible for providing sanitary facilities for employees, trash receptacles and all safety devices as required during construction. 110 Calendar Days are listed in the contract for final completion. The contract days provided may be extended at the discretion of the owner in the event that materials cannot be supplied in a timely manner. If material delays are encountered, the Contractor shall de-mobilize at their expense during the rodeo event between May 20th, 2026 and May 25th, 2026 and secure the area as needed prior to the event.
