As of January 15, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Water System Improvements for the City of El Reno/El Reno Municipal Authority involves a water main extension to US-81 and Jones Road. The work includes directional boring and installation of 1,363 linear feet of 6" PE SDR 11 water main, 539 linear feet of 8" PE SDR 11 water main, 130 linear feet of 8" PE SDR 9 water main, installation of 2 eight-inch gate valves and boxes, 4 six-inch gate valves and boxes, and 3 fire hydrants. Compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is required due to funding by the FAP loan program. Bids must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid as a guarantee for contract entry and required bonds within ten days of award notice. Bids may not be withdrawn within 45 days after opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities or technicalities, and make awards in the Owner's best interest. Bidders are required to obtain plans and specifications from the Engineer and register on the bid list to be eligible. Late proposals will not be considered. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
