The project involves the installation of approximately 700 lineal feet of 12-inch C900 PVC pipe and 1,420 lineal feet of 8-inch C900 PVC pipe and appurtenances, located in Richland, WA, within the Hearthstone and Brookshire developments. Bidders are required to comply with Washington State prevailing wage rules. Bidders must certify that neither they nor their principals are debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal department or agency. Certified minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to participate and will be given full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. The Kennewick Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to combine the contract with other contracts when considering contract award, and to accept any bid it deems in the best interest of the District.
