The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified and experienced contractor to provide pool maintenance services for Cypress Park Pool for the Department of Parks and Recreation. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bid/proposal, waive any informality and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder/respondent to best serve the interest of the City. Pre-Bid Conference note: Failure of the Contractor to familiarize himself with local conditions that may in any manner affect cost, progress or performance of the work does not relieve the bidder of his price and/or job responsibility.
