Renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Elkridge, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of January,27,2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** To remove and replace the automated front gate at the Jessup Shop. The work consists of removing and disposing of the existing dual 27.5 ft aluminum cantilevering gates and furnishing and installing two new 27.5 ft x 7 ft-9 in cantilevering aluminum gates, including an aluminum internal trolley system that serves a 34 ft span. The top of the gate shall include 3 strands of barbed wire with mounting hardware. The contractor shall furnish and install two new (one master, one slave) Lift Master or approved equal dual gate operators at the Administration's Jessup Satellite Facility. Vendors should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing similar services. All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
