This solicitation is for one person to do janitorial duties at two office warehouses located across the street from each other in Hanover Maryland area for three(3) hour five days a week. Candlewood Road - located at 7462 Candlewood Road, Hanover, MD 21076. Facility hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. except holidays. Thorough and complete cleaning and custodial services of the offices, public areas and restrooms in the entire facility as required by this Agreement shall be conducted 3-4 times per week on days designated by the Contract. Designated warehouse areas are not included in this cleaning contract (except the restrooms, breakrooms and offices). New Ridge Road - located at 7463 New Ridge Road, Hanover, MD 21076 Facility hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. except holidays. Thorough and complete cleaning and custodial services of the offices, public areas and restrooms in the entire facility as required by this Agreement shall be conducted 1-2 times per week on days designated by the Contract Designated warehouse areas are not included in this cleaning contract (except the restroom, breakrooms and offices). All Mechanical Rooms, Electrical Rooms, Telephone Rooms, Supply Rooms, designated warehouse space and any areas used for building maintenance are excluded from work.
