Renovation of an educational facility in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
The Upshur County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional Architectural/Engineering services for the following: (1) any emergency projects due to water, fire, and weather; (2) as funds become available for non-SBA-funded work, provisions for architectural and engineering services toward fulfillment of building and ground renovation, additions, and upgrades, with this commitment being re-evaluated on an annual basis for up to three years for county-funded projects; (3) any other SBA funded project not listed to be advertised upon funding. Interested firms should contact Tim Derico to request the full Statement of Qualifications requirements package, which provides detailed instructions for the content and format of the SOQ submission. The Upshur County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
