Site work for a water / sewer project in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project is located in the City of Carlsbad along Greene Street from Canal Street to Halagueno Street, and along Halagueno Street from Greene Street to Fox Street. The project includes the installation of storm drain improvements consisting of storm drain pipes, inlets, manholes, and a junction box. The expected construction duration is 150 days. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the designated website, which will be periodically updated with addenda, registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a bid. Each registered bidder will be able to re-access the documentation. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. The following shall be performed through the designated site: 1. Download the bidding documents from the project tracker site during the bidding phase from the appropriate section. Addenda, when issued, will also be available there. 2. Submit all questions through the project tracker site by using the provided form. Responses to questions will be included in the Addenda section, and bidders will be notified via email when this information is available. 3. The bidder's list is provided in the designated tab. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the instructions to bidders that are included in the bidding documents. The deadline to submit questions related to this project is Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS THROUGH THE PROJECT TRACKER SITE.
