The Seguin Housing Authority hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation. 1. Cap and plug existing stand-pipe system in common area corridors cap existing stand-pipe connection to domestic supply in crawl space beneath building. 2. Installation of stand-pipes in stairwell 3. Installation of floor control valves in corridor 4. System shall be tied into the existing fire pump and pressure tested for proper peration - Plans and permit have already been submitted with local AHJ 5. Installation of fire alarm devices to monitor floor control vlaves and notification devices in common areas. Proposed forms of contract documents, including plans and specifications, are on file and available for inspection at the office of the Housing Authority of the City of Seguin and at the office of Levy Dykema, PLLC, 807 North Upper Broadway, Suite 101, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, (361) 882-8171 and online The Public Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of the Public Authority.
