The building is classified as type VB construction, educational occupancy, and designed for a student capacity of 40. Life safety systems include a fire suppression system and a fire alarm with voice evacuation. Site development includes (34) parking spaces, a dedicated covered bus drop-off, and an outdoor learning area featuring a greenhouse and cistern for instructional use. There are (2) Alternates.
