Remodeling of a municipal facility in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.
Scope of Work: - Modifying existing interior spaces to accommodate two-tiered additional storage areas, including shelving, catwalks, a stair and a lift. - Installing new walls, partitions, and doors as the design requires. - Upgrading or installing security features such as locks, access control systems, and surveillance equipment. - Implementing appropriate lighting and climate control measures for the new storage areas. The City of St. George is requesting bids for the storage addition to the City Commons Building, as well as the addition of a pergola and enclosures. A 100% performance - labor and materials bond will be required on this project. The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the city. Proposals must include the required documentation and may also include additional information, a list of major subcontractors (if any), and a certificate of insurance if not included in vendor registration.
