Only CivilPaving MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a proposal for this project in the ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to emily.a.walton6.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is 12/29/2025 by 3:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date.
