Renovation of a military facility in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Repair Roof AS4085 includes removal and replacement of the existing roofing system and associated components to restore full functionality and weather resistance. Work involves demolition of deteriorated materials, installation of new roofing assemblies, flashing, insulation, and sealants in compliance with applicable codes and standards. The project also requires addressing structural elements as needed to support the new roof system, ensuring proper drainage and protection against environmental conditions. All work must be completed within 450 calendar days after contract award. Question Deadline Jan 02, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to jessica.r.huebner.civ@us.navy.mil. Location The work shall be located at the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, at the building and/or area as described in the attached project description. The exact location will be indicated by the Contracting Officer. Contract Completion Date: 450 days after award Estimated Cost Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to jessica.r.huebner.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is 1/2/2026 by 2:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. EXISTING WORK In addition to "FAR 52.236-9, Protection of Existing Vegetation, Structures, Equipment, Utilities, and Improvements": a. Remove or alter existing work in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portions of the existing work which remain. b. Repair or replace portions of existing work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by the Contracting Officer. At the completion of operations, existing work shall be in a condition equal to or better than that which existed before new work started. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
