USP Canaan requires new closed cell foam supplied and installed in our institutional warehouses. Work site is located outside the secure perimeter of the institution. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, apparatus, conveyance, permitting, transportation and all incidental expenses, unless specified otherwise herein, necessary to complete the project. USP Canaan Warehouse Spray Foam Insulation Install Close cell spray foam insulation is required to be installed in designated areas of the USP Canaan Warehouse. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. The work must meet all applicable standards and ensure proper insulation performance. Vendors are expected to adhere to the delivery schedule and accommodate the agency's core date/time requirements to maintain continuous operations. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 238310, with a size standard of $19 million.
