The Alexandria Technical and Community College campus desires to hire an Owner's Project Representative to help with the administration of its Owner duties related to the construction of a new Transportation Center building on the ATCC campus. This role is not responsible for direct construction oversight but rather assists with other owner responsible items such as FF&E procurement, quality control testing, percent for art and other duties as described in the RFP Scope of Services attachment. For this RFP, ONLY submittals received via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN.com will be accepted.
