The Authority manages various facilities and projects that require such services, including, but not limited to, new construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects. The goal is to engage professional A&E services to ensure all projects meet applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards, while achieving project objectives within established budgets and timeframes. Firms must demonstrate capability to provide the required services through either five years of relevant experience or key personnel with equivalent experience and appropriate professional qualifications. Key personnel must hold appropriate licenses and certifications in their respective disciplines, and firms must have experience with public sector projects and familiarity with applicable building codes. Proposals must follow specified submission and registration instructions, and all questions must be submitted in writing before the deadline.
